
Carbonxt group offers loyalty options to shareholders
Carbonxt Group (ASX:CG1) is offering shareholders loyalty options. Shareholders registered on August 27, 2025, will receive one option for every six shares held. The offer closes September 10, 2025. The pro-rata entitlement offer is non-renounceable. Each option has an issue price of $0.01 and an exercise price of $0.07. The Loyalty Options will be exercisable until 5:00pm (AEST) three years from issue date. According to Matthew Driscoll, Chairman, “On behalf of the Directors of Carbonxt Group… I am pleased to announce that the Company is implementing a non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer (Entitlement Offer).” The offer is fully underwritten by Chaleyer Holdings. The maximum number of loyalty options to be issued is 69,777,285. If fully subscribed, the offer will raise approximately $697,772 before costs. Carbonxt intends to use funds from the exercise price for retiring debt and general working capital. This strategy reflects Carbonxt's plan for efficient capital allocation.
